About The Department

Overview

The Centre of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (if following British English). offers a broad spectrum of women’s healthcare from adolescence through postmenopausal life. There is a provision for Preventive Care, Maternity Services, Advanced Laparoscopy, Minimally Invasive Surgery.

The department is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to provide affordable and comprehensive care, where the mother progresses through labour, delivery and recovery in the comfort and privacy of one room which provides you a home-like ambience. LDR is located close to the operation theatre and nursery in the event that the mother or baby may need to be shifted for additional care.

Apart from LDR, we have a well-equipped Maternity Complex with advanced Standardize terminology site-wide to follow the progress of labor. We provide the facility for painless delivery round the clock. The complex also includes highly sophisticated Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to provide the highest level of care to newborns.

We also provide complete outpatient and inpatient gynecological care, using the latest Minimally Invasive modalities like Laparoscopic, hysteroscopic, and colposcopic procedures for various gynecological disorders like Fibroids, Endometriosis, abnormal uterine bleeding etc. Vaginal surgeries and conventional abdominal surgeries are also done with great expertise. Other facilities include, Reproductive Endocrinology and Gynaecological Oncology for cancers. We also offer all types of Infertility treatment including IUI and IVF*.
