Patient Guideline

We will do our best in fulfilling our responsibility for providing quality treatment. While, there are certain things we expect you to follow for faster recovery.

• Our patients need proper rest for a speedy recovery; therefore, we request you to limit visitors during visiting hours.

• Visitors may be restricted according to a patient’s medical condition or special needs. Kindly cooperate in such situations.

• At the time of admission, passes will be issued for attendants and visitors. Please request your attendants and visitors to show these passes on the hospital premises. In case of loss of the pass, please contact the concerned desk located at the hospital’s main entrance.

• Visits by children under the age of 12 are not allowed on patient floors to protect them from catching infections.

• Please sanitize your hands before and after visiting the patient.

• The use of mobile phones is prohibited in areas where critical medical equipment and patient monitoring systems are in operation. Please read and follow all posted signs regarding the usage of cell phones and use them only in approved areas. Even in approved areas, please speak in a soft tone so that other patients are not disturbed.
